Ops Simply (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides system setup, automation, website redesign previews, SEO audits, and ongoing support services to small businesses. By using this website or booking a Free Audit, you accept the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Services Provided

Ops Simply offers:

Free Website & SEO Audit

Free Homepage Redesign Preview (no obligation to purchase)

Done-for-you inquiry and follow-up systems

Lead revival tools

Review generation & filtering

Text automations

Missed-call text back

Website chat widget

Messaging hub setup

Ongoing system management (optional subscription)

Your Free Audit includes:

A recorded breakdown of what’s working/not working

Actionable recommendations

A custom homepage redesign preview

You may choose, but are not required, to continue into a paid plan.


2. Payment & Billing

The Free Website Audit and redesign preview are 100% free.

If you choose to continue, monthly plans start at the advertised rate (e.g., $97/month or otherwise specified).

Billing is month-to-month with no long-term contract.

You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or HighLevel payments.


3. Results Guarantee (50 Qualified Inquiries in 90 Days)

Our guarantee:

50 qualified inquiries within 90 days—or your billing pauses until we hit it.

Definition of a “Qualified Inquiry”:

A qualified inquiry is an incoming message or submission from a potential customer who:

Provides accurate contact information

Lives within your service area

Shows reasonable interest in your services (examples: asks for pricing, availability, quote, inspection, or expresses intent to hire)

This guarantee covers inquiries, not guaranteed booked jobs, not revenue.

How the Guarantee Works:

The 90-day period begins once your system officially goes live.

If we fall short, your billing pauses but your service continues until we reach the 50-inquiry target.

Paused billing resumes once the target is met.

If you cancel during a paused billing period, services stop immediately, and the guarantee ends.


4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate system performance, you agree to:

Provide accurate business details

Grant required access to your website, Google Business Profile, Facebook page, and messaging platforms

Respond to our communication or requests for information in a timely manner

Notify us of any business changes (hours, service area, pricing, etc.)

Maintain a working phone number for missed-call automations

Track incoming leads or inquiries through the system we set up

Failure to provide these may void the guarantee.


5. Website Redesign Preview

Your free homepage redesign preview is created for demonstration and decision-making purposes.

You do not own the preview until purchasing a paid plan.

Ops Simply retains rights to template layouts, workflows, and proprietary system configurations.


6. Cancelation & Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled anytime.

No refunds are issued for previously billed months.

Refunds are not given for completed system setup work, audits, or redesign previews (these are free services).

If the system has gone live and inquiries are received, the guarantee stands as written—no refunds are issued while work is being performed.


7. No Guarantees of Revenue

Ops Simply guarantees inquiries, not:

Jobs booked

Revenue

Close rates

Customer behavior

Service demand fluctuations

Google or Facebook platform performance

Your business outcomes depend on your operations, pricing, service quality, and market conditions.


8. Intellectual Property

All workflows, automations, templates, copywriting, designs, and system configurations built by Ops Simply remain the property of Ops Simply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ongoing access to these systems requires an active subscription.


9. Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy and will never sell your data.

We collect only the information needed to perform your services, including logins you provide for integration purposes. Access is handled securely and confidentially.


10. Limitation of Liability

Ops Simply is not liable for:

Missed leads due to platform outages (Google, Meta, SMS carriers, etc.)

Website hosting issues not managed by us

Incorrect information provided by the client

Loss of revenue or opportunities

Delays caused by third-party platforms

Business performance unrelated to our systems

Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for your subscription.


11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.


12. SMS Messaging & Consent (A2P Compliance)

By submitting your phone number on this website, during your Free Audit booking, or through any form or message, you consent to receive SMS messages from Ops Simply related to:

Appointment reminders

System updates

Lead notifications

Service updates

Marketing promotions (if consented)

Support communication

Message frequency may vary.

Standard message and data rates may apply.


13. SMS Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP to any message.


Once you reply STOP, you will no longer receive texts unless you opt back in by replying START or initiating a new conversation with us.

For additional help, reply HELP.

If SMS is required for service delivery (lead notifications, system alerts), opting out may limit your system functionality.


14. SMS Data Use

Your phone number will never be sold or shared with third parties.
SMS is used exclusively to deliver service-related updates and communication you have opted into.
