Welcome to Ops Simply (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or the Ops Simply™ $1/Day Activation Trial (“Service”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Ops Simply provides digital systems setup, automations, operational support, and consulting services for small businesses. Services may include: system configuration, workflow setup, lead automation, inquiry tools, review systems, and other related digital services.
2. Payment & Billing
- The $1/Day 10-Day Activation Trial is billed as a one-time $10 payment.
- All payments are final unless stated otherwise in the Guarantee section.
- Ongoing services, SaaS access, or upgraded plans require separate billing agreements.
3. Guarantee
Our 10-day guarantee promises 5 qualified inquiries within the activation period.
- A “qualified inquiry” is defined as an incoming lead with correct contact information who has shown legitimate interest in the client’s services.
- If the guarantee is not met, we will continue working at no additional charge until the client receives 5 qualified inquiries.
- This guarantee does not promise booked jobs, revenue, or closed sales.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver services properly, the client agrees to:
- Provide accurate business information.
- Grant necessary access (Facebook Page, Google Business Profile, SMS number, etc.).
- Respond within reasonable time frames for setup and troubleshooting.
- Supply an existing lead list if lead revival is requested.
Failure to provide required access or information may void the guarantee.
5. Cancelation & Refunds
- The $10 activation trial is non-refundable, except in cases where Ops Simply determines services were not delivered.
- Ongoing subscriptions or services may be canceled at any time, effective at the next billing cycle.
- No refunds are provided for completed work, digital setup, or prior billing periods.
6. No Guarantees of Revenue
While our systems aim to increase inquiries and operational performance, Ops Simply does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Revenue
- Job bookings
- Client responses
- Conversion rates
We guarantee inquiries, not closed business.
7. Intellectual Property
All workflows, automations, templates, systems, and digital assets created by Ops Simply remain the property of Ops Simply unless otherwise stated.
Clients are licensed to use them during their active service period.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ops Simply is not liable for:
- Lost revenue
- Missed leads due to platform outages
- Third-party tool failures
- Incorrect setup caused by client-provided errors
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Privacy
We do not sell or share client information with third parties.
All access credentials provided by the client are kept confidential.
10. Updates to Terms
Ops Simply may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
